Fake Radish Studios Mainpage

News:

Jesse > Just announced, Fake Radish Studios will be officially doing a panel at this year's Katsucon coming up in Febuary 2008 in Washington, D.C. Jeff, Shari and I will be discussing on the topic of Drawing Anime: Pitfalls and how to avoid them. If you attend and you draw, I think you'll find it helpful. Also, the Art Lessons Page has been updated. On a personal note, I've written a script for a new comic. I'm going to try to do the whole thing seriously starting next year and I'm gearing up for it. I suppose this should go in my blog. Oh well.

Jeff > Most Likely to Succeed, Jeff's webcomic, is on indefinite hiatus while he works on a new comic book project that he's sure will be met by the usual amount of indifference from the universe at large. Jeff doesn't mind, though, as he is able to take pleasure from the little things in life, such as speaking of himself in the third person. Please check out his Deviant Art site for anything from his new project that manages to congeal into a form presentable to the general public.

Otakon 2007: A Fake Radish Studios special report

Jeff > Otakon 2007. Three days of anime, cosplay, the occasional box of Pocky, and constant thinly veiled hostility between the congoers and the native population of Baltimore city. This year, Fake Radish Studios was represented by your stalwart allies Jesse, Jeff, and Shari, joined by Official Junior Studio Members Carla and Mitchell. The Burger King on Pratt Street may be closed, but Otakon rolls on. See part one of our hard-hitting coverage in Jeff's blog. More pictures to come soon, along with updates as this story develops. Back to you, Denise and Vic.

Jeff > As Fakeradish Studios ramps up for Otakon '07, Jeff's blog is still awesome! Now featuring Jeff's original pencil drawings posted in advance of his finished pictures. See how the artistic brilliance evolves step by step before the final genius hits the gallery! And let's not forget Most Likely to Succeed, Jeff's webcomic, soon to be available as non-web comic in collection form at the aforementioned Otakon! Come on, "Heroes" is off the air until September, what else do you have to do this summer? Stop sitting around stewing in your own juices, wondering if Matt Parkman is going to survive his gunshot wound and if we've really seen the last of Peter and Nathan Petrelli and check it out.

Jesse > Jeff has motivated me to update my site mostly out of guilt. This just in, Fake Radish will be at OTAKON with three tables this year. This will be the first year where Fake Radish students will be represented with us at the tables. Please come out and see us with our students Carla and Mitchel. Also, if you haven't checked it out yet, Jeff's comic Most Likely to Succeed is quite excellent, I highly recommend going to read it right now.

Jeff > Hey, do you like pointless ramblings? Links to random things you will almost certainly have no interest in? Live, local, and latebreaking news about Jeff's webcomic, gallery, and personal appearances? Well have we got a blog for you! Jeff's blog is, sadly, currently the only regularly updated part of Fakeradish.com. So come by and have a bit of a read, won't you? And if you're not careful, you may learn something before you're done. HEY HEY HEY!!!

Most Likely to Succeed Hear ye, hear ye! Jeff's webcomic finally up! Also, his gallery has been extensively and comprehensively updated, with his greatest hits going all the way back to 1997! Its a dance epidemic tonight!

Aside from Art Lessons, Fake Radish studios currently is open to new projects so contact us if you have anything you'd like to work on. We'd love to hear about it.

www.charreddirt.com is now up and functional in a limited capacity. You can now download the game and the forum should be up shortly. The new charreddirt.com site is designed and will be implemented within the month so check back soon.
